Shipping Policy
All items are delivered within 1-3 working days
(up to 5 working days in rural and remote areas).
Our shipping partner: USPS Tracking number will be provided upon dispatch (usually within 24 hours from the payment receipt date).
All items are dispatched via secure and tracked delivery by USPS.
RETURN POLICY:
RETURNS All returns must be postmarked within three hundred sixty five (30) days of the purchase date.
You may both return used items and also any brand new items.
Our return process: To return an item you ordered, place the item securely in its original package and include your proof of purchase (paper receipt)
REFUNDS Please allow at least seven (6)working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.
